To replace manual scheduling, we integrated a custom Appointment Management System. This feature allows clients to view real-time availability for various treatments—from aromatherapy to deep-tissue massages—and secure their slot in seconds.

Automated Notifications: Sends instant confirmation and reminder emails/SMS to reduce "no-shows."
